A new USCIS program lets customers go online to schedule appointments instead of waiting on long lines at selected USCIS District Offices.

What is InfoPass?
InfoPass is a web-based system that lets customers make online appointments to avoid long lines at busy immigration offices.

Which cities are eligible?
The following cities have joined the InfoPass program: Dallas, Miami and Los Angeles.

How Does the Program Work?
Customers log onto the InfoPass website at http://infopass.uscis.gov/, type in their zip code, and are directed to the appropriate USCIS office. The Web site displays a range of dates and times for appointments. Once the customer selects an appointment time, the system generates an electronic appointment notice. Customers must print out that notice and bring it with them to their appointment.

For what languages is the InfoPass site available:
The site is available in many languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Chinese, Korean, Russian, Vietnamese, Tagalog, and Creole.
