Immigrant Visas for Special Agricultural Workers
 


The US government has extended the deadline for filing for permanent residency to certain classes of agricultural workers who were previously denied consideration.

A foreign national who has:

(A) labored in the U.S.
(B) for at least 90 days between May 1, 1995 and May 1, 1996
(C) on seasonal or perishable crops, and
(D) whose application for residency was denied or forced to be withdrawn by the U.S. government may be eligible for late filing.
